Big Band Jollity!

Hi to all my friends old and new.

Well - first of all I’ve just returned from a fabulous cruise aboard the Oriana with a great line up of entertainers - Jimmy James from the 60’s/70’s era along with the Vagabonds, Iris Williams OBE, Fraser Hinds, Mark Porter and Don Reid…

I’m now home for a while doing UK gigs until i go on board the Sea Princess on 1st Jan 2010. I’m doing part of a World cruise on Aurora from Japan to Sydney so that will be great, one I’m really looking forward to!

Now for the HOT NEWS!

I’m also pleased to be able to finally announce the show I held off talking about in my previous post (see below). Yes as well as the 13th Feb Valentines show with myself and Barry White tribute, - the Sands have also booked in Jan 30th, when myself and my very special guest and friend Mr Pete Conway (yes, Robbie Williams dad!) will be re-united again LIVE on stage…

We are going to be doing an evening backed by my own Big Band, with some great hits old and new from the swing and big band era.

Pete will be my host and compere and we’ll even do a few numbers from Rob’s ‘Swing When Your Winning’ album if all goes well. Its a night not to be missed, anything could happen - AND PROBABLY WILL! Anyone that’s seen Pete in the past will know what a consumate professional he is - and can see where Robbie get’s his style and stage presence from… I can’t wait to premier this show - make sure you grab a ticket as soon as you can!
